At Crystal Springs, we believe that we have the premier facility for junior golf in northeast Wisconsin. Our dedication to young golfers is evident at "Little Crystal", our 3-hole, Par-3 course and two practice greens that we provide for use by junior golfers and their families.
SUMMER JUNIOR GOLF PROGRAMS: Learn to Golf 3-Hole league: Crystal Springs Golf Course is offering a 5 week Learn to Golf program at Little Crystal. The program begins on Thursday, June 23 and will meet every Thursday morning at 8:00 AM through July 21. The league is open for girls and boys ages 8 through 17. This program is designed for beginning golfers and no prior golfing experience is needed. Each week will include specific areas of instruction and golfing on the par 3 holes of Little Crystal. DATE INSTRUCTION Thursday June 23 Grip, stance, and alignment Thursday June 30 Putting, chipping, and basic rules Thursday July 7 Short irons and full swing Thursday July 14 Mid-long irons and swing Thursday July 21 Woods and full swing 3-Hole League at Little Crystal Ages: 8-17 Fee: $25 includes instruction, use of range during classes, and play of par-3 during classes Time: 8:00 am *********************** Junior Golf 9-Hole League: Crystal Springs is offering a newly formatted Junior Golf League in 2011. The league is open for girls and boys ages 8 through 17 with some golfing experience. (This is not a beginner's league, so the participants should have some playing experience.) The program is intended to be a fun golf league open to all junior golfers, regardless of skill level. Golf carts will not be used for this summer program. Space is limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Tee times will be assigned for participants for the first day of league play, June 23. Please call the pro shop one week before the start of league to find out your tee time. After the first day of league, the kids can sign up with who they want to golf with for the weeks to follow. Sign-up and check-in will take place in the Pro Shop. If a week is missed, you can call the Pro Shop to reserve a tee time. You don't need to attend all of the weeks and you can join anytime!
